Project objective
The aim of the project is to support young people aged 18–25 in Estonia and Åland by providing practical entrepreneurial skills and introducing entrepreneurship as a realistic and attainable career path. The programme combines international cooperation experience with knowledge in business planning, marketing, finance, and franchise models.
Activities
- Training for 40 young people (20 from Estonia, 20 from Åland)
- Six-module entrepreneurship Programme
- Workshops and meetings in both countries
- International teamwork and study visits
- Business idea presentations at the end of the programme
- Methodology development for use beyond the project
