The aim of the project is to support young people aged 18–25 in Estonia and Åland by providing practical entrepreneurial skills and introducing entrepreneurship as a realistic and attainable career path. The programme combines international cooperation experience with knowledge in business planning, marketing, finance, and franchise models.
